HLO Joins Hand With J.S. Power To Enhance Monitoring Security Of Energy Storage System

台電資料顯示,因應台灣綠電發展趨勢,至2025年各類型儲能系統的建置目標為 590 MW,較2020年僅5MW規模,五年間整體市場成長超過百倍,加上全球商機爆發力十足,引來台廠相繼投入。
According to the report from TPC,due to tendency of development of renewable energy,the target of capacity of every energy storage system is supposed to reach 590MW in 2025.
喬信電子(J.S. Power)為電電公會及台灣數位科技產業學會的綠能產業聯盟成員,專注利基市場各種鋰電池模組的技術開發及銷售;尤其透過和AI影像軟體公司宏茂光電的技術交流,在儲能櫃的監控安全提升上有顯著的高水準表現。

宏茂光電在美國消費電子展(CES 2022),展出為喬信電子量身訂做的邊緣運算監控方案,結合賽靈思(Xilinx) FPGA加速器所建立的資料庫(meta-data-base),透過深度學習演算法CNN,建立可持續性的人工智能訓練模型(AI Trained Model),並將儲能櫃管理升級為遠端智能影像管理方案,達到降低人工巡檢成本,帶給營運商更高的附加價值。
J.S. Power focus on technical development and sales of various kind of lithium battery modules on niche market .Especially,through exchanging technology with HLO which possesses software of artificial intelligent image processing,the result of enhancing monitoring security of energy storage is so impressing.In CES 2022,HLO presented a meta-data-base built up for customizing J.S. Power depending on edge computation monitoring integrated with the Xilinx FPGA accelerator.Creating the sustainable AI trained model through deep learning algorithm,CNN(convolution neural network),and upgrading how it originally manages energy storage cabinet to be scheme of remote intelligent management so that we can reduce the cost of manual inspection and the operators will get much added value.
宏茂光電董事長郭佳瑜表示,熱輻射計溫度監控(Bolometer)可用於人臉辨識及儲能櫃事件進出入分析,使儲能櫃內外部在可控制的安全範圍內,也可用在聯結充電樁及車聯網(IoV)監控數據,大幅提升安全水平。宏茂採用的熱顯像芯片主要為中科院160x120 pixels規格,第三季將推出640x480 pixels VGA連接等級升級版。
Bolometer can be used to face recognition and do the analysis of people getting in and out for energy storage system so that we can keep it secure,and also it can be used to connect to monitor data of IoV and charging piles .Moreover,size of thermalgraphic chip that HLO uses is 160x120 pixels,and it’s going to be upgraded to 640x120 pixels VGA in third season.
