宏茂光電（HLO）專注於光學硬體(Optics HW)整合影像軟體(Image Processing)及演算法應用之新創公司。產品服務應用領域除物聯網，車聯網外，也包括遠距醫療等軟體及服務(SaaS)項目。宏茂光電結合AIoT光學硬體、成像影像軟體和演算法技術，率先導入Xilinx(賽靈思)FPGA AI Box人工智慧機站，提供智能停車場電動車充電解決方案，應用面包括車牌辨識、人臉分析及遠距B2B實境管理應用。

HLO is an innovative company  devoted to developing optical hardware integrated with vision software and algorithm.And products are applied to Iot,Iov, distant medical,and so on.

It also integrates with AIoT optical hardware and imaging software,and importing Xilinx FPGA AI box providing  solution scheme for electric vehicle charging ,which appies liscence plate,face analysis,and B2B reality management.

宏茂光電亦擁有先進的輻射熱溫度計﹙Bolometer）熱成像監控技術，可針對充電樁的快充充電模組或是儲能櫃﹙ESS﹚偵測溫度的變化，讓電動車快充服務變得更安全，也協助無人機業者監控屋頂型太陽能發電的營運狀況。

HLO has cutting-edge Bolometer and thermal imaging monitoring technology,which is used to detect the temperature variation for charging module of  charging piles or ESS, it can make the electric vehicle safe  during charging as well as assist drone industry to monitor operation status of Roof PV systems .

 董事長郭佳瑜表示，宏茂光電的研發團隊採用物聯網監控的整合裝置，在停車場出入口安裝自動識別裝置，以車牌識別對出入的車輛實施判斷、准入或拒絕、引導、記錄、收費、放行等遠距即時智能管理，達到記錄資料雲端化並計費，同時進行場內車輛安全管理，人車流大數據收集，提升停車尖峰時段費率，降低人力成本，進而提升停車場最佳經濟效益。

R&D team adopts  the monitoring devices with IoT,and installing automatic identification device in entrance and exit of parking lot,with liscence plate recognition,doing the intelligent remote real-time management,such as determine whether it’s allowed to enter or leave,guidance,record,and toll.So,we can realize cloudification of data record .With collection of big data of vehicle flow,increasing the rate in rush hour and reducing the cost of human resource so that parking lots may reach the highest cost-effectiveness.

此外，董事長郭佳瑜表示: 透過台科大研發團隊客製化EMS及BMS系統，進行新世代智能電錶的綠能管理，並妥善評估規劃停車場的綠能充電方案以符合政府的淨零政策。

What’s more,the customized EMS and BMS system developed by NTUST,which is able to do the green energy management with the latest  intelligent electricity meter and appropriately evaluate and organize the scheme of green energy charging so as to  reach the Net Zero policy.

 宏茂光電已有多處場域建置實績，七月與連鎖停車業者位於台北昆陽捷運站（昆陽街)完成建置簽約。規劃直流超快充充電站方案，以協助停車場業者透過APP及非常簡易的介面，建構三能二無的科技化停車場：智能，綠能，安能及無人化，無紙化管理的新里程碑。宏茂光電董事長郭佳瑜表示，我們持續與科學園區、休息站，醫院及商務飯店等簽署建置合作合約，採取共同建構、共享利潤的經營模式。

HLO has been in contrast with chain parking lots for DC extremely rapid charging stations set up in kunyang MRT station,and the industry of parking lots constructs  the technologicalized parking lot  with intelligence,green energy, safety,manlessness,and non-paper management through APP and simple interface and collaborates with science park, rest stop, hospital, and hotel. Also,how they manage are  mutual construction and shared benefit.
